CDH Awareness Week

CDH Awareness week is March 25th-31st.

Please help us spread of this life threatening birth defect.

This year we are holding a get together/ picnic at the Riverway Sports Park in Visalia CA.

We will be there at 11am on Saturday March 25 2017

Bring food and drink for yourselves.

Wear your turquoise (we support Breath Of Hope but all are welcome to come wearing whatever awareness items you have)

Everyone is invited.

This event is not limited to only CDH families,

but anyone willing to come help spread CDH awareness.

Those with medical needs of their own are more than welcome to come join us.

Look for the Shooting For Liam banner.

This park has several playgrounds for the kiddos to play at.

We are hoping to get close to the playground that's wheelchair accessible by the water fountain so that we can accommodate everyone.

We are hoping to do a balloon release as well.

If anyone would like to donate balloon or helium please contact us.

We hope to see a lot of you there.
